Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner

• Action
  Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner is a combination of enzymes and surfactants, which break down the long hydrocarbon chains and release them from their support so that they can be easily washed away. It is NOT a solvent or strong alkaline surface cleaner.

• Application
  Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner can be applied manually or via scrubber driers, rotary brush and injection extraction machines. The solution may be recycled and reused for up to 5 days The product works deep into porous floors. For heavily polluted surfaces, or when preparing heavily contaminated porous floors for painting, when the surface appears clean wait a few days to see if more oil comes to the surface. If oil appears repeat as necessary.

• Composition
  A soluble, cream coloured powder containing selected enzymes, biodegradable surfactants and nutrients. The pH of a 1% solution is approx.8.5.

• Safety
  

  	Avoid inhalation of dusts.
  	Users should wear protective gloves.
  	Wash off skin/bathe eyes with water.
  	If swallowed rinse mouth but do not drink.
  	Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  	Keep out of reach of children.

• Examples of use and dilution rates
  Removal of deep oil and grease stains: Dilute between 1:100-1:200 (I.e. 1 25gm scoop for 2.5 liters -5.0 liters of water) and apply by brush or machine. Use strong brushing action and leave for 1-15 minutes. Brush again to release dirt from support and rinse with water or remove by suction. Removal of oil, grease, tyre marks, polish: Dilute between 1:200-1:1000 depending on severity of soiling. Clean as above. Regular maintenance cleaning: Dilute between 1:500-1:1000 depending on severity of soiling. Clean as above.

  	Do not use hot water above 50oC
  	Do not mix with chemical cleaners.
  	Do not overdose
